Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Food Service Manager to develop and implement dining solutions, overseeing operations where customers order from a menu. You will lead and coach teams, ensure safety and sanitation, and strive to meet client expectations with strong service standards.

Responsibilities include daily briefings, maintaining P&L, and driving margins while coordinating with the Food Service Director to deliver quality dining experiences for clients and guests.

Qualifications

• Requires at least 1 year of experience in a management role.
• Requires at least 1 year of experience in a management role (duplicate in list but kept as separate item for clarity).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach team members to develop their potential.
• Identify client needs and communicate progress; ensure P&L visibility.
• Drive productivity by meeting food and labor goals and maintaining quality.
• Maintain safety and sanitation standards across operations.
• Lead front-of-house dining operations alongside the Food Service Director.
