Job summary

Responsibilities include leading teams, ensuring safety and sanitation, managing P&L-related activities, and achieving financial targets in a dynamic food service environment.

Qualifications

• Requires at least 1 year of experience in a management role.
• Requires at least 1 year of experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and customer service ability.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lb.

Responsibilities

• Lead and engage team members using Aramark's coaching model to reach potential.
• Identify client needs and communicate operational progress; ensure client satisfaction.
• Manage production, quality and control; supervise daily operations and safety standards.
• Maintain safe, healthy environment; ensure compliance with policies and wage/hour rules.
• Coordinate front-of-house dining operations and direct food service activities to deliver a finished product.
