Responsibilities

• Engage and develop team members using the coaching model; recognize performance
• Manage client relationships and communicate progress to clients
• Oversee P&L statements; drive financial targets and margin improvement
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and compliance across operations
• Direct front-of-house dining operations and coordinate with Food Service Director
