SSA Group at Audubon Aquarium seeks a Food Service Operations Manager to lead the on-site dining team under the General Manager. You will drive guest satisfaction, manage daily operations, and ensure compliance with local, state, and client standards.

You will recruit, coach, and develop staff while coordinating with the Executive Chef to execute food programs and maintain high quality. This role requires strong leadership and financial oversight in a dynamic hospitality setting.

• Develop the department leadership team and drive innovative performance.
• Oversee training, safety, compliance and on-site policies across the food service operation.
• Manage cash handling and POS troubleshooting; ensure accurate vendor payments.
