Aramark is seeking a full-time Food Service Supervisor to lead our Food Services Team at a correctional facility. You will oversee staff, coordinate daily operations with the site manager, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time catering for events.

Qualifications

• Must read, write, and understand verbal instructions.
• Must complete a sanitation course either before or during first year.
• Must be knowledgeable in operating an efficient cost-effective program.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic.
• Maintain emotional control under stress.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Produce and maintain work schedules and may prepare production packets (production sheets and recipes).
• Direct daily activities and supervise staff.
• Maintain food safety and quality according to policies and procedures.
• Ensure safe storage and hazard-free environment for all food items.
• Maintain inventory on a weekly basis and assist with orders as needed.
• Train and mentor other food service workers; promote teamwork and morale.
