ShopRite East Haven is seeking a Food Service Manager to direct and supervise all functions of the Food Service Department at Garafalo CT, driving sales, customer experience, and associate engagement. This role reports to the General Store Manager and requires strong leadership and compliance with safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include team onboarding, training, ensuring safety protocols, and maintaining proper product handling, labeling, and display.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and understand English.
• Basic math skills for daily operations.
• Ability to stand/walk and lift up to 60 lbs.
• Ability to perform basic computer functions.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise all Food Service Department activities.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and proper storage in the department.
