LifeWorks is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced, Starbucks Licensed Store Manager to oversee our Starbucks operation. This is your chance to bring the Starbucks experience to life in a corporate setting—serving up great coffee, building an amazing team, and delivering exceptional guest experiences every day! In this role, you'll manage and motivate a team of skilled baristas, foster a positive, high-energy work environment, oversee daily operations including inventory management, ordering, and cafe functions, and elevate the customer experience. The ideal candidate will have experience in coffee, barista operations, or cafe management (Starbucks experience is a plus!), along with leadership skills and a customer-first mindset.
