The role requires strong leadership, service orientation, and the ability to train and supervise staff, manage safety standards, and uphold the company’s service priorities in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, speak English proficiently.
• Ability to perform basic math and calculations.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 60 lbs during shifts.
• Ability to operate basic computer functions for store tasks.
• Ability to interact positively with customers and staff.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise Food Service Department activities to meet goals.
• Lead and engage Associates to achieve department targets.
• Maintain safety standards and compliance with policies.
• Ensure clean, organized, and efficient department operations.
• Train and mentor new associates and manage scheduling.
