Job summary

Circle K in Zimmerman, MN is hiring for a full-time Food Service Trainer who leads in-store food execution, product quality, and customer service. You will train associates, coach teams, and act as the go-to person for questions about food products and programs.

You will ensure FIFO rotation, accurate planogram placement, budgeting adherence, and food safety practices. The role requires at least 2 years in FMCG/Foodservice and a Food Manager Certification (ServSafe or NRFSP).

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in FMCG retail or Foodservice.
• Experience in training, leadership, team building.
• Strong communication skills in English; French in Quebec.
• Food Manager Certification (ServSafe and NRFSP).

Responsibilities

• In-store food category expert; coach staff on food execution, production, replenishment, ordering, organization and customer service.
• Train and mentor associates; lead training on new Foodservice programs and trainer programs.
• Ensure FIFO rotation and correct product display per planogram.
• Assist ordering of food products to minimize out-of-stocks and shrink.
• Monitor shrink; drive sales and foodservice profitability.
• Collaborate with BUQAS training personnel to deliver foodservice training.
