Job summary

Responsibilities

• Serve as food category expert and ensure food operational execution.
• Coach associates on food production, rotation, stocking and service.
• Lead in-store training for new foodservice programs and refreshers.
• Ensure FIFO, planogram adherence and shrink reduction initiatives.
• Monitor food safety practices and execute BUQAS training actions.
• Operate within budgeted expectations and collaborate with teams.
