Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Food category expert in store and ensures food operations meet sales and waste reduction goals.
• Train, coach and supervise associates on food execution, production, replenishment, ordering, sanitation and customer service.
• Lead in-store training for new Foodservice programs and refresher trainings as needed.
• Maintain FIFO rotation and ensure food safety practices and procedures.
• Order and rotate food products to minimize shrink and stockouts.
• Monitor shrink and drive foodservice profitability in the store.
