You will handle station setup, food preparation, portion control, and serving on the line while keeping a clean, safe work area. Prior food service experience is helpful; Serve Safe certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in food service is preferred.
• Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of and assist in preparation of food items for the day and dating products.
• Coordinate and assist in setting up and breaking down stations designated by the manager.
• Cook and prepare foods according to recipes and directions.
• Ensure accurate portions when preparing and serving items on the line.
• Maintain daily temperature logs.
• Take samples of all food items for quality checks.
• Alert management to items not meeting quality expectations.
• Complete opening and closing station checklists.
• Greet customers and assist with service quality feedback.
• Maintain a clean work station and sanitize utensils.
• Dispose of waste properly from the service line.
• Transport supplies between storage and work areas.
• Support safety observations and report hazards.
