Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Food Service Worker to assist with food prep, portioning meals, and serving customers. You will learn on the job and work under guidance, bringing a positive attitude and strong reliability to the team.

You will support kitchen operations, help set up and break down stations, and ensure accurate portions and clean work areas while contributing to a safe, pleasant dining experience for guests.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and supervisory abilities.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Serve Safe Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions.
• Food service experience preferred.
• Ability to lift and transport items safely and repeatedly.
• Comfort working in a kitchen with heat, steam, noise and chemicals.

Responsibilities

• Lead and assist in preparation of food items for the day and dating products.
• Set up and break down stations as directed by the manager.
• Cook and prepare foods according to recipes and directions.
• Use accurate portions when preparing and serving items.
• Maintain daily temperature logs and ensure food safety.
• Take samples for quality checks prior to serving.
• Address customer feedback with a positive attitude and resolve issues.
