Qualifications

• Food service experience is preferred.
• Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions.

Responsabilités

• Lead and assist in food prep and portioning for the day.
• Set up and break down work stations as directed by the manager.
• Cook and prepare foods according to recipes and directions.
• Ensure accurate portions on the serving line.
• Maintain daily temperature logs.
• Take samples of food items prior to serving customers.
• Alert management to items not meeting quality expectations.
• Open and close station checklists.
