• Ability to operate store equipment, including POS, cash handling and cash register tasks.

• Maintain a safe, clean and stocked foodservice area per SOPs.
• Prepare foodservice items and ensure correct dating procedures.
• Operate HTG oven/warmer and roller grill with correct expiration times.
• Support Hi Five Guest Experience and train teammates during shifts.
• Ensure accurate POS transactions and stock management to prevent outages.
