Job summary

Majors Management is seeking a Food Lead to oversee food and beverage operations at onsite locations, driving sales and profitability while ensuring quick, safe service and cleanliness. You will manage hot/cold grab-and-go and beverage stations, rotate stock using FIFO, and maintain safety standards in a fast-paced retail setting.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 3+ years of food/beverage or restaurant experience, and a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Interact positively with customers to support service goals.
• Ensure grab-and-go and beverage stations are clean, stocked, and operating.
• Maintain uniform and personal appearance standards.
• Prepare and serve food quickly and safely.
• Follow all Majors, Federal, State, and local Health Department policies.
• Rotate stock using FIFO; keep areas clean and debris-free.
• Keep restrooms clean and stocked; perform routine equipment maintenance.
• Ensure proper handling of prepared and unprepared foods per procedures.
• Maintain surfaces clean and free of debris; provide friendly service.
• Adhere to assigned duties and assist as needed.
