Job summary

Majors Management is seeking a Food Lead to oversee daily food and beverage operations at our onsite convenience stores. You will help drive food sales and profitability by ensuring clean stations, proper food handling, and friendly customer service.

Ideal candidates are in high school or have a GED, with 3+ years in food and beverage. You must be able to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays, and hold a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Rotate products using FIFO and ensure equipment is properly maintained.
• Adhere to health department policies and guidelines.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment and assist with other duties as needed.
