Job summary

Majors Management - Maritime Farms is seeking a Food Lead to manage food and beverage operations at onsite store locations. You will help drive sales and profitability by ensuring grab-n-go items, beverage stations, and hot dog grills are clean, stocked, and served safely.

Responsibilities

• Keep grab-n-go and beverage stations clean, stocked and maintained
• Maintain uniform and personal appearance standards
• Prepare and serve food quickly and safely
• Follow Majors, Federal, State and local health department policies
• Rotate products using FIFO (first in, first out)
• Perform routine equipment maintenance
• Handle prepared and unprepared foods per procedures and guidelines
• Keep surfaces clean and debris-free
• Other duties as assigned
