Job summary

Majors Management is seeking a Food Lead to run food and beverage operations at our convenience-store locations. You will interact with customers, keep grab-and-go and beverage stations clean and stocked, and ensure fast, safe service.

We require a high school diploma or GED and 2+ years in food and beverage; you should communicate well, work flexible hours including nights and weekends, and maintain safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Positive interaction with customers and ensuring speedy service.
• Keep grab n go and beverage stations clean, stocked, and well maintained.
• Maintain uniform and personal appearance standards.
• Prepare and serve food quickly and safely to customers.
• Adhere to Majors Management policies and health codes.
• Rotate products using FIFO and keep restrooms clean.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment and tidy surfaces.
• Ensure proper handling of prepared and unprepared foods according to procedures.
• Keep work areas clean and debris-free, with friendly customer interactions.
• Fulfill additional duties as assigned.
