Job summary

Majors Management is seeking a Food Lead to oversee food and beverage operations at our onsite locations. You will help drive sales by preparing and serving food safely while maintaining cleanliness and stock.

You will interact with customers, follow health policies, rotate products using FIFO, and support team members. The role requires flexibility for day, evening, weekends, and holidays, with a focus on customer service.

Responsibilities

• Positive interaction with customers.
• Maintaining hot/cold grab n go, beverage stations, and grills clean, maintained, and well stocked.
• Maintaining uniform and personal appearance standards.
• Preparing and serving food to customers quickly and safely.
• Adhering to health department policies and codes.
• Keeping products rotated using FIFO.
• Performing routine maintenance on equipment.
• Ensuring proper handling of prepared and unprepared food and beverages according to procedures.
• Keeping all surfaces clean and debris-free.
• Friendly interaction with customers (smile and eye contact).
• Other duties as assigned.
