We are seeking a Food Service Lead who demonstrates skills and abilities significantly greater than a Food Service Worker, both technically and in leadership. This role requires comprehensive knowledge of food service operations in a large cafeteria and assumes a key leadership role in the absence of the Director and Assistant Director, maintaining sanitation, safety standards, and customer service.
