About This Position

*** $3,500 hiring bonus, and relocation assistance if needed ***

The Food Service Director plans, directs, and coordinates the activities of a large food service operation with one or more production kitchens. This position oversees operational and financial responsibilities and supervises an Assistant Food Service Director and/or a team of Food Service Supervisors and Cooks involved in food preparation, serving, and cleanup in a secure correctional facility. Other duties as needed.

What You'll Need

• High school diploma or equivalent; must be at least 18 years old.
• Five years of management or supervisory experience in a food service environment.
• A valid driver's license.
• ServSafe Certification.
• Knowledge of kitchen sanitation and safety standards.
• Basic accounting and mathematical skills for reporting.
