• Ability to operate a refrigerated truck, forklift, and pallet jack in a safe manner.
• Knowledge of HACCP and sanitation guidelines is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Receive, store, deliver, refrigerate, freeze, thaw, rotate, and maintain food and supplies.
• Pull goods from stock, stage items for delivery, and load trucks for efficient routes.
• Receive and verify shipments, confirm invoices, and communicate shortages or excesses.
• Maintain sanitation of production and service areas, equipment, and storage spaces.
• Assist with inventory counts and inventory management systems; address customer concerns.
