Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of experience in warehousing, handling, shipping, receiving, storing, inventory, and/or distribution of goods.
• ServSafe certification within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Receive, store, deliver, refrigerate, freeze, thaw, rotate, and maintain quality and appearance of foods and supplies.
• Pull foods/materials from stock and stage items for delivery; load trucks and deliver to dining centers.
• Receive and verify shipments; confirm vendor invoices; communicate shortages or excesses; apply HACCP practices.
• Safely operate equipment including a refrigerated truck, forklift, and pallet jack.
• Clean and sanitize production and service areas, machinery, equipment, dishes, and storage spaces.
• Assist with inventory cycle counts, inventory systems, and customer support; address concerns professionally.
