Job summary

The University of Colorado Boulder is seeking an Equipment Operator to support Campus Dining & Hospitality operations in Boulder. You will help ensure timely delivery of food, furniture, equipment and fixtures, while assisting Food Store operations as needed.

Requirements include a valid driver's license and eventual CMV certification; two years of warehousing experience; and a safety-focused approach. The role offers full-time hours and comprehensive benefits within CDH.

Qualifications

• Two years of warehousing, shipping, receiving, storing or distribution experience.
• Must obtain food safety certification within 6 months of hire and maintain it.
• CMV license and safe driving/training requirements within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Review orders for accuracy and schedule deliveries.
• Load goods and equipment onto trucks, secure items and follow safety rules.
• Deliver to on- and off-campus event spaces as scheduled.
• Unload deliveries and obtain signed acknowledgments from authorized personnel.
• Maintain safety and quality in handling of goods and equipment.
• Transport items to designated storage or event areas.
• Keep a daily travel log and report to supervisor.
• Support other department operations as needed.
