Job summary

St. Jude Children's Research Hospital is seeking a Food Service Inventory Coordinator to receive, store, and issue supplies in a compliant storeroom.

You will manage PAR-based orders, audit deliveries, and operate the campus vehicle for pickups and deliveries, with weekend availability and early schedules. The role requires a high school diploma, 1 year of related experience where possible, a valid driver’s license, and ServSafe certification within 30 days of hire.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of related work experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license from the employee's state of residence.
• ServSafe Food Handler Training or ANSI-certified equivalent required within 30 days.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and standard procedures.

Responsibilities

• Handle requests for components, materials, and supplies to end users.
• Review and maintain materials management records and support procedures.
• Assist with receipt/acceptance of incoming materials and proper documentation.
• Release and issue materials to end users per established procedures.
• Audit deliveries and maintain compliance records.
• Place replenishment orders to maintain PAR levels.
• Operate vehicle to pick up or deliver supplies on campus.
