Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience with food service inventory is preferred.
• ServSafe Food Handler certification required within 30 days of hire.
• Valid driver's license and insurability by St. Jude's carrier.

Responsibilities

• Receive, store, and issue food and non-food supplies per PAR levels.
• Review and maintain materials management records and procedures.
• Assist with receipt and acceptance of incoming materials, proper documentation of shipments, and release of material to end users.
• Review and maintain records for audit purposes per established procedures.
• Place orders based on PAR levels.
• Receive food and nonfood supplies and store them in designated areas; verify against PO and invoice.
• Enter daily receipts and issues in the computer; maintain accurate inventory.
• Pull supplies per requisition and ensure distribution follows policies.
• Maintain sanitation and safety of storage areas; monitor temperatures and sanitation.
• In absence of Storeroom Supervisor, place replenishment orders to maintain PAR levels.
• Operate St. Jude vehicle for pickups/deliveries on campus.
• Perform other related duties and maintain regular attendance.
