Job Purpose

Ensure the food service area runs smoothly and profitably while delivering top-quality food and customer service, following company guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Open and prepare the food service department for operation during designated hours.
• Provide prompt and courteous service to all customers.
• Communicate effectively with store associates.
• Follow all applicable laws and ordinances.
• Manage food preparation to minimize waste and meet customer demand.

Additional Duties

• Respect and treat all team members with dignity.
• Report personnel issues or policy violations to management.
• Assist in training new staff.

Safety and Security

• Follow all safety procedures and use protective equipment.
• Maintain a safe shopping and working environment.
• Report accidents promptly.

Merchandising & Promotions

• Use current plan-o-grams.
• Communicate needs or requests to managers.
• Promote the Huck’s Bucks Loyalty App and assist customers with sign-up and usage.

Maintenance & Sanitation

• Keep food service areas clean and well-maintained.
• Report maintenance issues.
• Follow sanitation procedures.
