Job Title:

Food Service Associate

Job Purpose:

To ensure the food service area runs smoothly and profitably while delivering high-quality food and excellent customer service, following company guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the food service department is open and ready during operational hours.
• Provide prompt, courteous service to all customers.
• Communicate effectively with store staff.
• Follow all applicable laws and safety regulations.
• Manage food preparation to minimize waste and meet customer demand.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Treat all team members with respect and dignity.
• Report personnel issues and assist in training new staff.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards.
• Use current plan-o-grams and communicate inventory needs.
• Promote and assist customers with the Huck’s Bucks Loyalty app.
• Ensure food display areas are clean and well-maintained.
• Follow safety procedures for equipment and lifting.
