Job Purpose:

Ensure the food service area operates smoothly and profitably while delivering top-quality food and service.

Responsibilities include:

• Opening and preparing the food service department for business
• Providing prompt and courteous customer service
• Communicating effectively with store staff
• Adhering to all relevant laws and regulations
• Managing food preparation to minimize waste and meet customer demand

Additional duties:

• Treating all staff with dignity and respect
• Assisting in training new staff
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized environment
• Promoting the Huck’s Bucks Loyalty App and assisting customers with sign-up and usage
• Monitoring and reporting maintenance and safety issues
