Job summary

UPMC Williamsport is seeking a Food Service Host to join our Food & Nutrition Services team. In this role, you'll interact directly with patients to help ensure they receive nutritious meals and an outstanding dining experience during their hospital stay.

Shifts run between 5:00am and 8:30pm with every other weekend and holiday required, and you will deliver meals, assist with menu selections, and maintain a clean, safe work environment while upholding infection prevention standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in food service, hospitality, retail, or another customer-facing environment.
• Enjoys working directly with people and providing outstanding customer service.
• Demonstrates professionalism, compassion, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with meal selection and menu collection.
