Job summary

Intrepid Acquisition Holdings, LLC is seeking a Food Service General Manager in Bethesda, MD to lead daily operations of high-security food service programs. You will oversee quality, safety, budgeting, and personnel, coordinating with site leadership and vendors to meet mission-driven requirements.

The role requires a Bachelor’s or equivalent, at least five years’ experience, strong leadership, and ability to maintain compliance under Top Secret SCI with CI Polygraph clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, General Studies or an Associate Degree in Culinary Arts, extensive experience may substitute.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in food service management, hospitality operations, or related field.
• Strong leadership, budgeting, and supervisory skills; familiarity with safety, sanitation, and standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily food service operations, including preparation, service, catering, and events.
• Manage budget, expenses, and financial reporting for leadership.
• Monitor quality, safety, inventory, and equipment maintenance; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Develop SOPs for food handling, cash handling, and daily operations.
• Schedule staff, track timekeeping, and control labor costs.
• Plan catering and special events to support mission requirements.
