Job summary

Intrepid Acquisition Holdings, LLC is seeking a Project Manager to support mission-critical programs within the Intelligence Community. You will plan, coordinate, and execute complex facilities, infrastructure, and operational projects in secure environments.

The role requires leading cross-functional teams, strong compliance and security expertise, and the ability to brief senior leadership on status, risks, and recommendations.

Qualifications

• FMP or PMP certification required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management or facilities management.
• Experience in secure/government environments is required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and execute projects from initiation through close-out, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
• Coordinate with government stakeholders, facilities teams, engineering staff, contractors, and security personnel.
• Develop and maintain project documentation including plans, schedules, risk registers, and status reports.
• Brief senior leadership on status, milestones, risks, and recommendations.
• Support acquisition and contract management activities as required.
