Job summary

The Waters of Martinsville is seeking a Food Service Director to lead daily dietary operations, oversee staff, and ensure nutritious meals tailored to residents’ needs. This full-time role drives menu development, dietary planning, and cross-department collaboration.

You will develop menus and therapeutic diets, coordinate with nursing, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, while delivering a positive dining experience for residents.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a dietary/nutrition program for residents.
• Ability to develop menus and therapeutic diets.
• Collaboration with nursing and other departments to support resident care plans.
• Knowledge of state and federal regulations and food safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily dietary operations including staffing, food prep, and sanitation.
