The Waters of Martinsville is seeking a Food Service Director to lead our dining program on site. You will supervise daily dietary operations, guide a team of dietary staff, and ensure meals meet residents’ nutritional needs and preferences.

You will collaborate with nursing and care teams, uphold safety and regulatory standards, and drive a positive dining experience that enhances resident satisfaction and well-being.

• Develop menus and coordinate regular and therapeutic diets to meet residents’ nutritional needs.
• Partner with nursing and other departments to support individualized resident care plans.
• Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations, food safety standards, and facility policies.
• Promote a positive dining experience by listening to residents and incorporating their preferences.
