Qualifications

• Requires at least 4 years of experience in food service management.
• Requires 1–3 years of experience in a management role.

• Strong communication and client-relations skills.
• Ability to manage budgets and control costs.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lb.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, engage and develop teams to maximize contributions; recruit, assess, train, coach and manage performance.
• Build revenue and manage budget, including cost controls for food, beverage and labor.
• Ensure safety and sanitation standards in all operations.
• Direct and oversee operations related to production, distribution and food service.
• Interact with Client Management and maintain effective client relations at all levels.
• Looks for opportunities to implement new products and services which support sales growth and client retention.
