Aramark is seeking a Food Service Director to lead dining operations, develop menus, and deliver high-quality service for our clients. You will oversee teams, ensure safety and sanitation, manage budgets, and drive continuous improvement across the operation.

The role emphasizes leadership, client relationships, and adherence to policies while achieving cost targets and maintaining service excellence in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Requires at least 4 years of experience in food service management.
• Requires 1-3 years of experience in a management role.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to develop and maintain effective client rapport for mutually beneficial relationships.
• Ability to demonstrate excellent customer service using standard practices.
• Ability to work with other departments to provide unified food service.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lb and stand for extended periods.
