• Provide opportunities for staff to grow in their relationship with Jesus
• Develop annual personal spiritual growth plans with supervision
• Foster staff development and implement departmental growth plans
• Lead Food Service staff to meet cost controls and service standards
• Plan, develop and evaluate menus according to Young Life Food Service standards
