• Experience managing administrative aspects of the Food Service department.

• Oversee all food service items for seasonal operation: adventure and backpacking food packing, basecamp meals.
• Handle ordering, menu planning, budgeting.
• Train interns, guides, summer staff on all things food service.
• Relocate to remote Wilderness Ranch basecamp May–August.
• Uphold Young Life standards and hospitality in all interactions.
