You will work to provide excellent hospitality, support staff formation, and ensure adherence to Young Life’s ministry and standards while coordinating with volunteers and guest services.

The role emphasizes spiritual formation, comprehensive stewardship, and exceptional guest experience in a dynamic camp environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in food service industry preferred.
• Experience training and leading teams.
• Demonstrate understanding of Young Life ministry, strategy and mission.
• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide opportunities for staff to grow spiritually and professionally.
• Direct menu planning and food service operations in line with Young Life standards.
• Foster hospitality and respond to guest needs with Christ-like service.
• Manage finances, staff, facilities, and equipment within the Food Services dept.
• Lead training and development for staff and volunteers and ensure safety standards.
• Uphold Young Life mission and maintain high-quality camp operations.
