Job summary

Apploi is hiring a Dietary Manager – CDM Certified to oversee the dietary department in a skilled nursing facility. The role requires CDM certification and background in long-term care to ensure safe, compliant food service and strong resident satisfaction.

You will lead dietary staff, manage scheduling, ordering, and inventory, and collaborate with nursing and administration to meet residents' dietary needs. Growth opportunities exist within Luxor.

Qualifications
