Anchor Point Management Group is seeking Crew Members for our Stevens Point restaurant location. You will greet customers, take orders, prepare and package food and drinks, and handle payments while upholding food safety standards.

This fast-paced role requires reliability, good hygiene, and a friendly, professional demeanor. Candidates must be at least 16, legally eligible to work in the United States, and able to work flexible hours on site.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old or older (proof of age/work permit if under 18).
• Legal to work in the United States.
• Ability to work flexible hours.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Ability to learn quickly with a can-do attitude.
• Good personal hygiene.
• Reliable transportation and punctuality.
• Positive, friendly, and courteous attitude.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a friendly demeanor and accurately take their orders.
• Prepare and package food and drink products according to restaurant standards.
• Operate cash registers, process payments, and provide change to guests.
• Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of the restaurant including back of house, lobby, and restrooms.
• Assist with food prep and dishwashing as needed.
• Restock inventory and supplies.
• Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and policies.
• Promote new menu items and provide recommendations when asked.
• Assist with opening and closing tasks.
