Job summary

Anchor Point Management Group is seeking Crew Members to deliver friendly customer service, take orders, prepare food and beverages, and keep the restaurant clean and stocked. You will greet guests, handle payments, and ensure food safety standards are met in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities include operating the cash register, processing payments, restocking supplies, and assisting with opening/closing tasks while upholding high hygiene and safety standards and providing a positive guest

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old with proof of age.
• Legal right to work in the United States.
• Ability to work flexible hours.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Willingness to learn quickly and maintain hygiene.
• Reliable transportation and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a friendly demeanor and accurately take their orders.
• Prepare and package food and drink products according to restaurant standards.
• Operate cash registers, process payments, and provide change to guests.
• Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of the restaurant including back of house, lobby, and restrooms.
• Assist with food prep and dishwashing as needed.
• Restock inventory and supplies.
• Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and policies.
• Promote new menu items and provide recommendations when asked.
• Assist with opening and closing tasks.
