Qualifications

• Requires Food Protection Manager certification or eligibility within 90 days of hire.
• Bilingual English/Spanish/Mandarin/Cantonese preferred based on site demographics.
• Minimum 2 years in foodservice; elderly care exp preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all food services including breakfast, lunch, home meals, snacks and events.
• Oversee daily kitchen staff duties ensuring compliance with standards.
• Maintain CACFP record-keeping and ensure regulatory compliance.
