IP&E Holdings, LLC (Foody’s) in Tamuning, Guam, seeks a Food Handler to maintain safety, cleanliness and quality while serving guests. You will work with senior category management, vendors and site operations to ensure food is prepared, ordered, received and merchandised to standards.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and valid health certifications. You will follow HSSE policies, assist with inventory, food bar prep, and daily duties, while delivering excellent guest experiences

Formación

• High school diploma or GED Certificate.
• Valid Health Certification Techniques of Alcohol Management and Eating & Drinking/Food Establishment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide quality customer service in the shop.
• Interact positively and proactively with customers.
• Comply with HSSE (Health, Safety, Security and Environment) and Food Safety standards.
• Respond to site emergencies and participate in mandatory training, drills and exercises.
• Prepare products for merchandising and sale.
• Reports to work as scheduled in the Foody’s food service uniform standard.
• Responsible for daily food bar preparation and food bar closing procedures.
• Cleans/Sanitizes all food bar areas and equipment.
• Conducts housekeeping and merchandising.
• Monitors, tracks food waste and food donations.
• Manage food service orders and store deliveries.
• Adheres to quality control standards.
• Conducts monthly inventory and adheres to inventory controls.
• Active use of site checklists.
• Support the Shift Leader and Station Supervisor with all station goals, initiatives and policies.
