Recovery Innovations is seeking a Food Service Associate to prepare and serve meals under the supervision of the Food Service Manager at the Durham Crisis Care Center in NC. The role requires a Food Handler’s Certification, a high school diploma, and at least six months of food service experience.

A rotating shift runs 12:00 pm to 7:00 pm. The position emphasizes food safety, accurate dating and disposal of meals, and maintaining clean kitchen areas while supporting overall guest care and

Qualifikationen

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Certification: Active and valid Food Handler’s Certification.
• Experience: Minimum of six (6) months of food service experience.
• Familiarity with Food Safety Regulations.

• Guest care & advocacy: Assist guests with meals and questions.
• Prepares and serves food following safety procedures and policies.
• Maintains kitchen cleanliness and proper food handling.
• Ensures foods are dated and disposed of after sell date.
• Monitors refrigerator temperature and logs readings daily.
• Adheres to policies on conduct, privacy (HIPAA) and compliance.
