Job summary

• Basic Life Support may be required depending on location.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and record proper food temperatures.
• Set up and maintain a clean serving area.
• Prepare and serve food items and restock areas.
• Receive payments using a computerized register.
• Ensure HACCP compliance and sanitation.
• Provide outstanding customer service and communicate with patrons.
