Job summary

Sanford Health is hiring a Food Service Assistant for the Evening shift. You will monitor and record proper food temperatures, set up and maintain a clean, sanitized serving area, and assist with preparing and serving food items to guests and patients.

You will also restock food areas, operate a cash register, and provide outstanding customer service while following HACCP guidelines and safety procedures. Prior food service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 16 years of age.
• Previous customer service experience, retail counting and reconciliation of money and knowledge of food service preferred.

Responsibilities
