Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum age 16 years.
• Previous customer service experience, retail counting and reconciliation of money and knowledge of food service preferred.
• Ability to read, write and follow oral and written directions.
• Ability to perform basic math.
• On-the-job training will be provided.
• Serv Safe may be required depending on location.
• Basic Life Support may be required depending on location requirements.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to HACCP guidelines for food service and maintain clean, sanitized serving areas.
• Provide outstanding customer service and communicate effectively with patrons and co-workers.
• Operate equipment such as cash registers and food preparation tools; maintain quality control and assist with food preparation and service.
