Qualifications

• Minimum of 16 years of age.
• Previous customer service experience, retail counting and reconciliation of money, and knowledge of food service preferred.
• Ability to read, write and follow oral and written directions.
• Ability to perform basic math.
• On-the-job training will be provided.
• Serv Safe may be required within a designated time frame depending on hire location.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) may be required depending upon location requirements.

Responsibilities

• Complies with HACCP guidelines for food service and provides outstanding customer service.
• Maintains clean and sanitized serving area and operates equipment as needed.
• Receives payment using a computerized register and handles money accurately.
• Establishes effective working relationships and communicates with patrons and co-workers.
• May operate grills, beverage machines, toasters, cash registers, steam equipment, dishwashers and more.
